It’s now been confirmed that AJ Styles suffered a sprained ankle at Friday’s TNA house show in Michigan. AJ posted a photo on his injury online. The injury comes right before TNA’s Turning Point PPV, which takes place this Sunday, November 11th. Styles is advertised to take on Bobby Roode in the main event of the PPV for the TNA World Title.

There’s no word on what TNA plans to do regarding Sunday’s main event, with one of the participants injured. If the match goes forward as scheduled, this will mark the second TNA PPV in a row where Roode had to work with an injured competitor in the main event.

Here’s the current card for Turning Point:

TNA WORLD TITLE: Bobby Roode (c) vs. AJ Styles

CHALLENGE MATCH: Jeff Hardy vs. Jeff Jarrett

UNDEFEATED STREAK ON THE LINE: Crimson vs. Matt Morgan

NO DISQUALIFICATION MATCH: Rob Van Dam vs. Christopher Daniels

KNOCKOUTS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Velvet Sky © vs. Gail Kim

TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Mexican America and Sarita © vs. Ink Inc and Toxxin
