Backstage News On CM Punk’s Match On The Hell In A Cell PPV

WWE Superstar CM Punk was originally scheduled to compete at the most recent WWE SmackDown television taping in Birmingham, Alabama. The call was made, however, to keep Punk out of the ring so he would not be even more banged up heading into his Hell In A Cell Handicap Match against Ryback and Paul Heyman on Sunday night.

Despite the fact that Punk was kept off of SmackDown as to not further injure himself, his physical condition is expected to affect the booking of the actual match at Hell In A Cell.

Speaking of Punk, according to PWInsider.com, his current feud against Paul Heyman is not expected to end regardless of the outcome of the Handicap Match on the pay-per-view on Sunday.
