Backstage News on Sin Cara, Palumbo Not Interested in a WWE Return, Birthdays

- WWE Hall of Famer Hillbilly Jim turns 59 years old today while Nasty Boy Jerry Sags turns 47.

- Former WWE star Chuck Palumbo says he has no desire in returning to WWE. Palumbo currently operates his Garage Gym El Cajon, California as well as his custom motorcycle business and plays in his own band – 3 Spoke Wheel. He wrote on Twitter:

“I really appreciate you guys wanting me to come back and wrestle for @wwe i just don’t have the desire.. Thanks for the support!!!”

- There was a lot of speculation about Sin Cara on Monday’s RAW Supershow when he was quickly destroyed by Alberto Del Rio before their match. F4Wonline.com reports that there was nothing to it besides WWE wanting to beat Cara up since they were in Laredo, Texas – a city close to the border with a lot of Mexican fans and likely a lot of Cara fans.

So, WWE felt the need to have Cara humiliated because they were close to the mexican border, and were desperate to anger the mexican fans?? wow that is not only viscious but an unprovoked attack to loyal fans. Well done idiots, hope it backfires on you.

    • Truth is….

It usually does backfires on them……

  • CM Drunk

This makes no sense at all

When has vince ever made sense? Humiliating sin cara in front of his fanbase probably has something to do with how cara almost always botches moves in his matches, I wouldn’t put it passed vince to do something like that.

that is dumb and makes no sense at all…. If Sin Cara was Mexican, so was Del Rio. So what was WWE’s trying to prove? Fail F4Wonline.com.

It is simple actually. With Del Rio and Sin Cara both being Mexican, they are both popular with the Mexican crowd. Having the “Heel” Del Rio attack the immensely popular Sin Cara so close to the Mexican fan base will get more heel heat on Del Rio, which is what they want. I felt they actually did a good job there. They sure won’t turn Cena heel though a good majority of the crowds are sick of him.

The majority of the crowds are sick of him?

No their not unless you seem to think that Chicago,Philadelphia, & New York fans are WWE’s entire fanbase nationwide and even in those city’s the entire crowd isn’t always completely against Cena.
