Bellator MMA Interested In CM Punk, WWE Close To Selling Out Two Big Shows

- WWE is nearing two sellouts for upcoming television tapings. This coming Monday’s WWE RAW show in Los Angeles has not officially sold out yet, but is expected to soon. Additionally, the company’s upcoming SmackDown television taping on February 11th in Ontario, California is expected to sell out soon as well, which is considered rare for a SmackDown taping.

- In addition to World Series Of Fighting, which we noted yesterday had expressed interest in promoting a potential CM Punk MMA fight, with specific interest in a match against the former Power Ranger actor Jason David Frank, apparently the Bellator MMA company has also expressed interest in Punk.

You may be disappointed. Punk is quite a capable fighter.

Really? You’ve seen him in a real fight? From what I see in his (wrestling) kicks, he’s a yellow belt at best.
