- TNA star Bully Ray recently spoke with The Buckethead Show on Real Radio 104.1 in Orlando, FL. One of the topics discussed was CM Punk attacking a fan on Raw this past Monday night.

“It was an unfortunate accident. It was a heat of the moment-type thing. It’s happened many times before. It really was an accident, I’m glad that the fan realizes that it wasn’t meant for him. It just happens, it’s really not that big of a deal. Nobody got hurt.”

Nobody got hurt but somebody ( cm punk ) could lose some money. And if dude that got hit is smart he’d sue wwe to for not having proper security in place.

Well, the guy isn’t suing, fortunately and I don’t think WWE will punish CM Punk for it.

A post on this site today said dude is thinking about getting a lawyer.

Yeah because the smart thing is to sue people are everything. I wish you’d touch me so I could sue you.

Well when a company is negligant on the safety of the people that pay their bills yes, why not sue?Maybe wwe won’t be that stupid or lazy next tiime and spend that extra 10 bucks an hour for extra security.
