Dixie Carter Reaches Out to Upset WWE Fan

TNA President Dixie Carter apparently reached out to the WWE fan who was upset over her son’s sign being tore up at a WWE event over the weekend by Alberto Del Rio.

According to the fan, Shelly Ehler, Dixie had read about her experience with WWE and offered Ehler’s family VIP passes to TNA’s Bound for Glory pay-per-view. Dixie noted to Ehler that TNA’s talent would never act as Del Rio did and encouraged them to come meet Hulk Hogan and all the wrestlers on behalf of TNA.

This is Dixie taking advantage of WWE. A cheap move. I don’t know if it’s a wise move.

How is this different from a restaurant manager hearing that someone had a bad experience at a different restaurant and offers a free meal to get that customer loyal to them?
How about when a store uses a “loss leader” to draw people into their store and away from their competitors? This is not a cheap move at all. That is a tried and true business decision and happens all of the time. You think Vince never did this in his history?????

The Heel “Ripping a Fan’s Sign” Schtick is as old as the Babyface “high fiving fans as he comes to the ring” schtick. The politically-correct foundation laid upon our society has turned kids into such insecure little pussies. It’s unfortunate that TNA is feeding on that.

That is SAD!!! That’s right there with TNA having something that weekend in NY on the weekend of WrestleMania! QUIT trying to gain exposure from the rival!!! I mean get your own fans!!! Dixie, IF they weren’t fans of your CRAPPY company by now, they probabaly won’t ever be!!! EVERY wrestler has dreams of main eventing WrestleMania and not some TNA ppv.

You’re all idiots. This is a great move by Dixie. Worst case scenario the mom and her son get free tickets to a great TNA show. Best case scenario TNA gets some rightful good exposure. Win-Win for TNA.

WWE has been doing lousy as of late and Vince going crazy and firing his head writer is a good example of how bad the product has been. Besides the 2 1/2 hours of boredom to see a 1/2 hour of decent material.

Good move on Dixie’s part, but Bubba Ray (Bully) has done this in TNA. So Dixie lied.
