More on WWE’s Main Event, HBK a Fan of Dolph Ziggler, Batista’s Announcement

- Batista and his manager John Ryan Jr. continue to tease an announcement. Ryan wrote last night:

“For all you @DaveBautista who have been waiting for the announcement you are going to be VERY happy with us,Haters are gonna kill themselves”

- Shawn Michaels did a Q&A with fans on Twitter last night during the season two premiere of his MacMillan River Adventures show. Michaels managed to get #MRA trending worldwide and noted that it was the first Outdoor Channel show to trend worldwide. Shawn revealed that Steve Austin’s episode will air this year while the episode with Jim Ross won’t air until next year.

Shawn was asked who he feels has potential to be a big Superstar in WWE. He says he watches little WWE these days but has always liked Dolph Ziggler. Shawn also called CM Punk a nice guy and said Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam “should be good.”

- While sources reported that WWE’s new Main Event TV show will be a step up from Superstars with top talents and storylines, Bryan Alvarez reports that Main Event will essentially be WWE Superstars with a new name. WWE will likely tape Main Event and Superstars before RAW and SmackDown when Main Event begins in October.

    I’m a ziggler fan also…..so why isn’t he in the MITB ladder match. C’mon WWE….if you know whats good for the fans. Ziggler is champion material!
    And where is my girl Kharma, the Diva’s division is screaming HEEEEELp! Like seriously!!!!

    Well that’s one more for Ziggler right here. The buy has it n he is only going to get better!!! Needs to drop nickle that’s for sure! Funny thing is they rush people sometimes to the belt who shouldn’t n leave good wrestlers like Ziggler to wait a real long time. I also want to say that the Raw MITB is a HUGE letdown. A bunch of the same old….old…..used up guys!!! SAD VERY SAD……..can’t wait to see u at the top Ziggler!

      well MITB did pave the way for cm punk and daniel bryan, since cm punk won the world heavyweight championship and wwe championship from cashing and daniel bryan won the world heavyweight championship from it by cashing, which made them pretty relevant and two of there top stars, because they are liked very highly.

    Now that michaels is retired he’s giving ziggler props, but if he was still wrestling he’d probably do everything he could to bury him. Ziggler will be champ in the next year he has to much talent. Probably will turn face after finally getting rid of vickie. And who cares about. Batista.and who said main event would be recycled superstars, just about everyone on this site.
