News for Tonight’s WWE SmackDown Tapings, Rikishi Pays Tribute on RAW

- Tonight’s WWE SmackDown tapings will take place from the Valley View Casino in San Diego, California. Confirmed for tonight’s show is Rey Mysterio’s return to SmackDown, Christian’s Peep Show with guests Daniel Bryan and AJ Lee plus World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus in action against an un-named opponent. Advertised locally is Rey Mysterio and John Cena vs. Big Show and John Laurinaitis. Triple H is also advertised to make an appearance.

- Rikishi acknowledged on Twitter that the Samoan Spike used on RAW last night was a tribute to the late Umaga and the Bonzai Drop was a tribute to the late Yokozuna. Rikishi returned to RAW last night and picked up a win over Heath Slater.

    Nice to Rikishi back on Raw. Was hoping Brian Lawler and Scotty would come down after he obliterated Slater, but you can’t have everything I suppose.
