- It’s been reported that Paul Bearer’s sons signed off on the angle at RAW a few weeks back where CM Punk interrupted The Undertaker’s tribute and disrespected the urn.

Paul’s son Michael Moody tells TMZ that WWE creative approached the Moody family for permission before the angle went down on TV and the family approved of it.

Michael told TMZ:

“We felt that dad would have wanted us at RAW last week and agreed to the angle … We knew Dad wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.”

I’m glad to hear the family signed off on it. I will admit now that I know his family is cool with it, that promo was kind of funny.

when are you gonna change your name to “I heart Miz” or “MizMark”??

Come on.. you know you want to.. deep down…??

What does that have to do with the article? And I never plan too.

Nothing – it’s relevant to your persona… which seems to love Miz more than Morrison. Don’t get your panties in a knot.. BRUTHHHAAA

Because it would be plontas of you!!! And that was plontas of the family to do and plontas of what the WWE did too

Nah, there was no way WWE went ahead with the angle without the family’s permission. Believe it or not, but Vince has SOME sense. Whenever there’s an angle the expolits a recent death for heat, it is always (well, I imagine) done with the blessing of the next of kin.
For example, when Randy Orton told Rey Mysterio that Eddie was “in hell” – that was approved by Vicki.
Even the recent mocking of Lawler’s heart attack by Punk and Heyman – it was very clear (at least to me) that there was no way it would have been done if Jerry didn’t approve of it. Which made the furore over it’s ‘tastelesness” all the more stupid.

Surely his son should of come out and said that he hated the angle and CM Punk? Maximum publicity, kayfabe-age and heel heat!
