- Michael Moody, son of the late Paul Bearer, commented on Facebook about the closing segment from Monday’s RAW which saw CM Punk pouring ashes all over The Undertaker.

He wrote:

“If anyone is wondering, yes WWE did come to us wanting approval for tonight’s storyline. The way it was presented to us was ok. Seeing it on screen was a different story. I don’t even know what to say.”

Michael’s brother Daniel also commented saying:

“Totally different.”

The WWE will just apologize and not worry about it cause this Sunday is the match so they wont have to worry about it anymore. Then afterwards CM Punk is suppose to take some time off to rest up his nagging injuries, and Taker wrestled his one show a year.

What they mean is: “We agreed to this without thinking about it. Then when we saw it, we didn’t like it.”

Yea they agreed and then hated it?

I think people need to relax, it’s a storyline, not how either Punk or the WWE feels about Paul. People take it way to seriously, and if you are pissed then job well done by Punk and WWE, because that’s what they wanted.

I think Paul Bearer was all about “getting over” in the wrestling business and Heyman & Punk sold it well. C’mon, look at the shit Paul did with the Taker & Kane.

Well look at it like this, if Undertaker, one of Paul Bearer’s closest friends for over 20 years, was fine with it and took part in it, then Bearer himself would have en fine with it. Another point people are failing to realize is that they were portraying Paul Bearer, a fictional character within the world of WWE. They were not referring to William Moody, the man behind the character.
