- WWE taped the following matches tonight in Kansas City to air on WWE Superstars:

* Tensai, Brodus Clay, Cameron and Naomi vs. The Bella Twins and The Usos

* Damien Sandow vs. Alex Riley.

– To open tonight’s RAW, Ryback challenged John Cena to an Ambulance Match for the WWE Title at WWE’s Payback pay-per-view. Michael Cole later said the match was official.

– WWE has announced that Sin Cara will face Wade Barrett for the WWE Intercontinental Title on this week’s Main Event. Cara defeated Barrett in a non-title match last week.

– Michael McGillicutty made his return to RAW tonight as the newest client of Paul Heyman. Heyman called it a moment that we will look back on in 10 years. His new ring name is Curtis Axel, which pays homage to Larry “The Ax” Hennig and Curt Hennig.

im really interested how his gonna do, due to the fact that hes been in the WWE for a long time and never given a push to being with one of the best managers of all time and having a lot of people count on him.

Congrats to McGillicutty aka Curtis Axel(should’ve chosen a better name). This guy is great in the ring.He was training with the Rock, worked hard on NXT(not just in the ring).Actually this is something that had to be done a while ago. Can’t wait for Bray Wyatt,Sami Zayn,Corey Graves,Richie Steamboat to join roster. These guys are WWE future, deal with it!

It will be awkward for McGillicutty when Punk returns. Both were in New Nexus and now under Heyman..Hopefully he won’t get burried like before.

Wonder if WWE will think of having Heyman bring back the Dangerous Alliance? I mean he had a STABLE of stars with him in WCW and it worked. Now he needs a tag team, maybe a team from NXT?
