— According to MMAFighting.com, the UFC is contemplating a change to move up the start times of its pay-per-view broadcasts one hour. No official decision has been made, but word is that the company is considering the move for all events. The UFC will test the new start time for UFC 129, which takes place on April 30th. The event will start at 9PM ET, and the idea behind the move is to take advantage of the earlier time to attract more east coast viewers going forward. Nearly half of the United States population is located in the Eastern Time zone. On top of that 6 of the 10 most populated cities in Canada are in the Eastern Time zone.
