According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, TNA has requested that Matt and Jeff Hardy enter rehab before returning to the company. The brothers have reportedly refused TNA’s request.
It’s unclear whether TNA will bring them back to work without completing a drug rehabilitation program.
Jeff Hardy hasn’t been on TNA TV since the Victory Road pay-per-view on March 30th, where he appeared to be in no condition to perform. He came out for his main event match against Sting, allegedly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and Sting ended the match 90 seconds in due to Hardy’s condition.
Matt Hardy hasn’t been on TNA TV since May 30th, as he is currently serving a suspension for showing up late to events and exhibiting “strange behavior.”
