TNA star Jeff Hardy was scheduled to appear in a Moore County, North Caronlina court on Wednesday morning, but once again, the case was continued to a later date.
This time, the reason for the continuance was that the district attorney’s office is still waiting for evidence to come back from the state bureau of investigation.
Hardy is facing multiple drug charges, including felony trafficking, stemming from his September 2009 arrest.
Jeff Hardy and AJ Styles were scheduled to appear at this weekend’s TNA Wrestling live events in Jacksonville, FL and Savannah, GA, but are no longer being advertised for both shows. Rob Van Dam vs. Matt Hardy will instead headline the events. Other matches scheduled to take place include Jeff Jarrett vs. Scott Steiner, Madison Rayne vs. Mickie James, and Samoa Joe vs. D’Angelo Dinero. Mick Foley, Matt Morgan, Ink, Inc., Rob Terry, Gunner and Murphy are also scheduled to appear.
