The following are results from the WWE SmackDown television tapings from Tuesday night in Birmingham, Alabama.

-The show opens with Michael Cole interviewing the WWE COO Triple H in the ring. Both guys were sitting down in chairs in the ring for the interview. Triple H talks about how he was forced to fire six WWE employees for helping set up the production needed for Big Show to appear on RAW on Monday night. He talked about the lawsuit that Big Show filed against him. HHH said that Big Show is irrelevant and he remains fired. He notes that he cannot comment further. They talk briefly about the Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena match for the World Heavyweight Championship at this Sunday’s WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view. After that, they discussed the match between Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton, with Shawn Michaels as the special guest referee, for the vacant WWE Championship at Hell In A Cell. This led to Daniel Bryan coming out and interupting. HHH. Bryan cut a promo where he talked about how he will be prooving Triple H wrong this Sunday. He had a staredown with HHH and left to a loud “Yes!” chant from the crowd.

-The Uso’s def. The Wyatt Family. The Miz was at ringside during this match. At one point, he kicked Bray Wyatt, who was also at ringside, which led to Erick Rowan chasing Miz, allowing The Uso’s to double-team Luke Harper and pick up the three count and the victory over The Wyatt Family.

-AJ Lee def. Nikki Bella. Tamina Snuka was in AJ’s corner and Brie Bella was in Nikki’s. This was a basic Divas match that saw AJ catch Nikki in the Black Widow submission for the victory in a match that went about three minutes long..

-Los Matadores def. 3MB. Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre represented 3MB in this tag-team affair. Zeb Colter and The Real Americans watched this match at the top of the stage. Los Matadores ended up winning what was a pretty quick match. Afterwards, Colter cut a promo talking about how The Real Americans will defeat Los Matadores this Sunday at Hell In A Cell.

-There was a backstage segment that featured The Wyatt Family and The Miz. The Wyatt Family had Miz chained up in a dark cage with the word “liar” painted across his stomach.

-Ryback & Paul Heyman def. CM Skunk in a No-DQ Handicap Match. Make sure to note, they beat CM *SKUNK*, not CM Punk. Skunk was a local jobber with skunk-like hair. This was basically a squash match. Afterwards, Heyman cut a promo talking about how he is “The Best In The World” and did his final hard-sell for this Sunday’s Hell In A Cell pay-per-view.

-There was a segment involving Big E. Langston and Vickie Guerrero. Basically, Langston told Vickie that he wanted in the main event now that Miz is out due to The Wyatt Family segment we mentioned earlier. Vickie eventually agreed after he buttered her up, saying she is nothing like Brad Maddox.

-Alberto Del Rio cut a promo from the top of the stage. Pretty typical microphone work from Del Rio, where he basically did his final hard-sell for his match against John Cena for this Sunday’s pay-per-view.

-The Great Khali and Fandango fought to a No Contest. Natalya was in the corner of Khali, and Summer Rae was in the corner of Fandango. The no contest basically happened as a result of Natalya and Summer Rae getting into a scuffle in the ring after Summer slapped Natalya. The “match” ended when Khali hit Fandango with his big Chop finisher.

-Daniel Bryan, Big E. Langston, Cody Rhodes & Goldust def. Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose in an eight-man tag-team match. This was said to be a very fun match for the live crowd. Lots of expected eight-man tag-match stuff with a lot of nearfalls, interferences, etc. The finish came when Bryan pinned Orton for the victory for his team.

Post-Show Dark Match:

-Daniel Bryan def. Randy Orton. Bryan picked up the win to the delight of the fans in attendance. After the match, Bryan put on an Alabama hat, which got a cheap pop from all the local fans in the arena.
