Wrestling legend Sting made a surprise appearance at the WWE Panel at Coimc Con in San Diego earlier today. He was there to promote his new WWE action figure by Mattel.

Michael Cole, Hulk Hogan, Paul Heyman and Daniel Bryan were also on the panel.

During an interview with IGN.com, Sting called today’s appearance a momentous occasion. He was asked about his plans in WWE for the future and he said he’s open for anything and has been very public about getting back in the ring one more time.

He stated once again that he wants to face The Undertaker in his next and final match. Sting said Hulk Hogan called him a few months ago and planted a few seeds for his debut with the company.

Just his presence causes the fans to mark out. Anyone still want to question if the fans will remember this guy?
