- WWE is is currently in talks with Sting, who is not under contract with TNA. Sting has been working a lot of recent TNA live events in what could be part of a ‘farewell tour’ for the 15-time World Champion.

- The next talents from NXT who will be called up to the main roster are Women’s Champion Paige, Emma and Alexander Rusev (with Lana).

Paige is currently out of action due to injury and did not appear at the most recent NXT tapings. The soonest we could see her back in the ring on NXT TV is the live WWE Network special on February 27th. Emma made her WWE television debut on this week’s RAW, where she was spotted in the crowd and was acknowledged on commentary. Rusev has been impressing WWE officials while working dark matches and live events.

Sting has been in talks with WWE every year around this time for the last 10 years. Undertaker vs. Sting will never happen. That’s a dream we all have to give up.

  • Undertaker316

it seems like sting is in talks with wwe every year around wrestlemania time and nothing ever seems to be worked out so im not believing any stories, sting vs undertaker would of been nice to happen like 10 years ago when both guys were in their prime now both guys are in their late 40′s and if that match happened now it would not live up to the hype because your putting two guys who have never even been in the same promotion let alone in the same ring so they dont how each other work in the ring which would lead to injuries and botches

i agree that it’s about 10 if not 15 years too late for that, but i disagree on the bothces/injuries part, i guess if they would wrestle, which i seriously doubt, they would have training sessions before…

I’ll give that the match would have been better 10 years ago but with two masters like Sting and Taker in the same ring. Thy could be in there 80′s and still put on a better match then half the guys on both the WWE and TNA rosters. Sting and Taker could wrestle a broom and still make it look good.

If they do then they need to do it in a hurry. Whoever the Undertaker is gonna face at WM they need to go ahead and do it so they can practice. Apparently from what I’ve read HHH ,HBK, and CM Punk and all them rehearsed their match wth Taker Months before WM.

wtf is going on with disqus the last few days i post a comment and it doesnt show up so i post it again and both comments show up i delete the first comment but it still stays as a guest comment?

If there was ever a time for WWE and Sting to come to terms, the time is NOW. WM 30 is the perfect platform because, let’s face it, the guys won’t be in any shape to do anything at WM 40. The timing of this event, and with the state of TNA, the choice should be clear for Sting I hope. C’mon, Vince, do what you have to do – give the fans Taker vs. Sting at Mania before it’s finally too late. The buyrate would be insane

WWE better do there best to sign STING.

Well If Sting loses vs Magus next week, then he will be headed to WWE. But if TNA and more importantly Dixie Carter are smart they will not only put the belt back on Sting, But they will offer him a new contract too if they are smart. But with their cost cutting Sting will more then likely be going to WWE for at least one run.

Even if they are in their 80`s. I would still mark out if it finally happened. Two all time greats, one match. Epic

Ah the casual wrestling fan or fanboy of the IWC (internet wrestling community for those who didn’t know). While a Sting vs. Undertaker Wrestlemania match would have been awesome to have seen I must agree with the naysayers who think this would be a bad idea at this time. Both guys can entertain, but would Sting really be the best guy to have the Undertaker face in what could be his final Wrestlemania? I think it goes without saying that both these guys are legends in wrestling and have some much they could give the world in the next 365 days after Wrestlemania that spoiling it for the sake of instant gratification would just suck. I think if Sting does sign with WWE in time for Wrestlemania he will be inducted into the Hall of Fame, but I doubt he’ll have a match…maybe a run in or an appearance of some sort, but not a match. And that’s just my opinion. But we can all still hope right.
Oh and P.S. to the guy who made the dumb ass comment which made me open this whole thing with the casual wrestling fan/fanboy intro…Sting and Mark Calloway both wrestled in WCW back in the day at the same damn time…brush up on your facts. Mean Mark Callous (The Undertaker) lost his final match in WCW on September 1, 1990 to none other than Sting…..so…yea….about your comment….

    • JayRoz1982

And the guy I’m talking about is Undertaker316 (cool name bro)….how are you an undertaker fan and never knew that he already wrestled Sting as Mark Callous?

      • Paul Smith

I believe It was Kane that fought sting

        • JayRoz1982

They both have had matches with him in the past NWA/WCW days.

  • Jason Todd

Get sting in their with the shield, it could create a great storyline of the man in black taking out the shield. Could u imagine sting and undertaker teaming up to take on the shield?!?! Boom

  • hmw

    taker vs sting should happen
