- Mickie James will be singing the National Anthem at the Hudson Valley Renegades baseball game in Fishkill, NY on August 2nd.

– The man behind Suicide will be revealed on tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling. Tonight’s show will also feature Velvet Sky vs. Mickie James, Chris Sabin defending the X Division Title against Suicide and Kenny King, BFG Series matches with Magnus vs. Bobby Roode and Mr. Anderson vs. Samoa Joe, plus more.

– The June 20th TNA tapings in Peoria, IL drew 2,500 fans or perhaps a little less.

– As noted, TNA will be taping Impact Wrestling this weekend in Las Vegas due to the 4th of July holiday next week. Announced for the tapings is Gail Kim vs. Taryn Terrell in a Ladder Match.

– TNA has cut way back on flying people in for tapings. There are a lot of signs that point to officials worrying even more about money these days. The cost of tapings on the road with no new revenue streams and no improvement in the existing streams isn’t a good thing for the company.
