Tribute To The Troops Rating, Morrison’s Booking Price, More

— WWE’s Tribute To The Troops special on Tuesday night drew a 1.93 rating, with 2.77 million viewers. The special, which aired on USA Network, started off with 2.75 million viewers in the first hour, and that number rose to 2.78 million in the second hour. This is down from last year’s special which did a 2.0 rating with 3.01 million viewers.

— Now that John Morrison is a free agent, he is taking bookings from independently owned wrestling organizations. His booking fee is reportedly $5,000 to appear at an indy show or autograph signing, and he’s turning down any offers under his asking price.

— The Newman Times-Herald reports that ex-WWE star Finlay’s son, David, plans to follow in his father’s footsteps and get in to the wrestling industry after he graduated high school. David is currently a standout high school wrestler and plans to travel to Japan to train after he graduates.
