— Wade Barrett underwent surgery on his dislocated elbow earlier this week after suffering the injury during last week’s 10-Man Battle Royal on Raw SuperShow. WWE stated via company website that he would sidelined for at least six to eight weeks; the injury is more severe than the initial diagnosis. He is now expected to be sidelined for three to four months.

Barrett’s injury has caused change to the WrestleMania XXVIII card as a Money in the Bank Ladder Match was scheduled for the pay-per-view event with the English grappler pegged as the winner of the briefcase. With Barrett sidelined, the match has been scrapped altogether. Instead, they will be doing an entire Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

— WWE is attempting to file a trademark for “Kayfabe.” The trademark is for merchandise use, meaning that it likely has to do with their new “insider” t-shirts.

— TeamHellions.com is reporting that a WWE equipment truck ran off the road in upstate New York on Thursday night and at one point was stranded on I-81 North near the town of Pulaski. Several emergency crews responded to the accident. There was heavy snow in the area when the crash occurred.

— Vickie Guerrero has named her stable of Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler “American Perfection.”
