Will Jack Swagger Serve Any Jail Time for His Recent Legal Troubles?

- Jack Swagger was found guilty of DUI and speeding at his trial today in Gulfport, MS.

Swagger has been sentenced to six months’ probation, $500 fine and will have to pay for all court costs related to his case. Swagger’s attorney managed to get his two days in jail suspended, so he wont have to spend anytime behind bars.

The judge also dismissed the possession charge against Swagger. Swagger was using marijuana prior to being arrested.

      lucky he didn’t have to do any time-fine, probation, and loss of his main event push. hope he turns it around.

      Even though he doesn’t have to serve jail time he still lost pretty big; he threw the best push of his career right out the window. And I doubt WWE will ever put him in a spot like that again.

      Who cares if he is smoking weed, at least he isn’t pumping his body full of nasty steroids. Probably just smoking it for pain management, which should be his right completely and should not be punished for it. Michael Phelps smoked weed and won a shit ton of olympic medals, nobody cared. Marijuana needs to be decriminalized like…yesterday.
