- Tonight’s WWE RAW Supershow opens up with Triple H walking backstage. His arm is in a brace and he’s stopped by John Laurinaitis. Laurinaitis say she didn’t know Brock Lesnar was going to attack him two weeks ago. Laurinaitis cops pleas and says it was painful to watch Lesnar beat Triple H up, humiliate him and break his arm. Laurinaitis says Triple H has his support and his sympathy. Triple H just stares at him and says what he has to say, he will say it in a second in front of the world. Triple H wishes Laurinaitis good luck with John Cena on Sunday and walks off.

- We get the usual RAW opening video.

- Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler welcome us to RAW from the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh. We go right to the ring and out comes Triple H.

Triple H hits the ring and we see footage from two weeks ago where Brock Lesnar attacked him and used the Kimura Lock. Triple H says it’s not the physical part done to him. He’s offended by Lesnar and what he said about bringing legitimacy back to WWE. Triple H says the day before Lesnar came back, he was standing in the ring going toe to toe with The Undertaker at WrestleMania. He says Lesnar’s arrogance and stupidity offend him. It offends Taker, Shawn Michaels, John Cena, Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Bob Backlund, Bruno Sammartino and every other person who has ever walked the isle. HHH says it offended him as a fan because that’s how he started out. He says he will always be part of the WWE Universe and as a member of that Universe, Lesnar offends him. He says he was slightly embarrassed because he bought into Lesnar’s crap, his hype, the same crap he bought into in 2002 when they met. He talks about how Lesnar shot to the top of the WWE but when he was challenged, he quit. When it wasn’t so easy, Lesnar quit. He went to the UFC with all the hype and the world and went right to the top of UFC. But when he got there and someone kicked his ass just a little bit, when it wasn’t so easy – Brock Lesnar quit. Triple H goes on and says Lesnar then returned to WWE and failed to beat John Cena.

Triple H says Lesnar then came out and made demands and when he was told no, he quit again. Lesnar’s music interrupts and out comes Paul Heyman with a lawyer it looks like.

Heyman says he gets it. This is damage control. He says Triple H lost his biggest star and now he thinks he’s a business man but as a business man, he screwed up. Heyman calls this an open and shut case and says his client entered an a agreement with John Laurinaitis on live TV. Heyman says Triple H defiantly tore that contract up and that’s called breech of contract. Heyman said Triple H brought a fighter into an entertainment company and then didn’t like it when he wanted to fight. The lawyer serves Triple H with lawsuit papers. Lesnar is suing WWE for the millions of dollars that they owe him, says Heyman. Lesnar is disappointed at the way things turned out. On a personal basis, Lesnar expected much more from Triple H. He expected a fight but got a sniffling conniving, corporate ant that hasn’t lived up to the hype that has surrounded him. Heyman goes on and Triple H grabs his by his mouth and backs him against the ropes. Triple H lets him go and backs off. Triple H throws the papers down and says to tell Lesnar that he will get everything he deserves. Triple H leaves but Heyman grabs the mic. Heyman says HHH just screwed up again. Now he’s got another lawsuit coming his way for assault and battery. Heyman says he will see Triple H in court and the crowd boos.

Cena’s music hits but he wants to hear the big announcement that they were hyping earlier. Laurinaitis just smacks Cena and leaves the ring. Laurinaitis storms off to the back as Cena looks off and RAW goes off the air.

  • Vince

Punk and Santino vs. Bryan and Rhodes… gotta be one of the most random fuckin’ tag teams I’ve seen put together recently..

  • ZchrisZ

Raw is getting a little ridic!

  • Prabhu

if no Big show in RAW , then Raw is no longer BIG SHOW

    • Broski

Very well said! Very smart. If TNA wrestlers could talk like you, then TNA will be much better show.

  • ……

Santino was jokes tonight….and any time A.j shows up on your show you know it’s a good thing…she’s mad hot!…

  • No Kneepads 4 Me

Laurinaitis fires Big Show… later in same episode, Cena reads a paper that states “…any Superstar who interferes will be terminated…”. Big Show is no longer an employee so he will interfere without fear of being terminated. Sooooo that brings us to the real question: Will the Big Show get his revenge by helping Cena and ultimately getting Laurinaitis fired? OR Will the Big Show be coaxed into helping Laurinaitis to get rehired to the job he so desperately wants back?

    • Aakash Mehra

I see Brock angle in this……now as such, Brock has “quit” WWE, he is no longer a part of the roster, which makes his interference in the
      Laurinaitis -Cena match more predictable.

      • No Kneepads 4 Me

Predictable of course. However, I don’t see Lesnar even being in the arena, as they are trying to push this Lesnar/HHH angle. Him interfering with Cena’s match would (in WWE’s eyes) take away from the angle. People are expecting Lesnar, which is why they will use the Big Show instead (Heel swerve for Big Show). But who knows? Maybe we’ll be treated to a double run-in.

        • Aakash Mehra

          agree….

    • Broski

After say 3 hours of watching Raw and before reading this, I was already thinking Big Show screwing Cena, and thus getting rehired. Man, WWE is so predictable. They are just recycling past storylines. This is what I will call ‘technicality storyline’. This is like a championship match between

The Rock (champ) vs Mankind from Rockbottom – a house show after 1999 Royal Rumble. It was an “I Quit” match. Mankind puts the Rock in mandible claw. The Rock passes out. Heel Vince declared Mankind the winner but not champ because the Rock didn’t say “I Quit” because he couldn’t speak from a mandible claw, haha.

  • randal

    why raw is getting worse??????
    answer is DANIEL BRYAN

    • Broski

Wrong answer. Daniel Bryan is one of the guys bringing Raw up.

    • Willie Lump Lump

      why raw is getting worse??????

      The REAL answer: John Laurinaitis

  • ExtremeWrestlingFan

How much u to bet that Lesnar interferes Sunday in the match between John and…John? #PredictablePower

    • Broski

Say $100 maximum bet, I will bet $90 on Big Show interfering and $10 on Brock.

  • ZED87

RAW getting lamer and lamer. They brought Brock back making us all excited and then take him off TV just like that….. Ridiculous planning. TNA has been better than WWE recently (ignore the ratings and watch one episode) Sacrifice PPV was quite good. Better than the so called (non)Extreme Rules.

    • No Kneepads 4 Me

It was to be expected. Lesnar’s contract is for one year with a limited number of appearances. They want to save them up for later in the year.

    • Broski

I watched TNA one-time this year. It really sucked because most wrestlers couldn’t talk the talk. Their dialogue are sooo dumb and cheeesyyy even with swearing! They still sounded like 80′s or early 90′s! [Example Dialogues: "I'm the best!" "I respect you since childhood" "It's showtime" etc. Sting most of the time overacts!] Some are good talkers like AJ styles, Jeff Hardy. Bobby Roode is improving.

Their wrestling is good though even with the womens matches. These maybe one of the factors TNA’s rating is not going up.

  • Lionel Hutz Otunga

I STRONGLY feel like Laurinaitis and the RAW writers should be all standing in The Unemployment Line.

  • MR. Axel Smith

    man Jonhy Laurnities sucks

  • Peter Obi

So who won between John cena and John laurinaitis.

    • Broski

My prediction: John laurinaitis will win because of interference of the now-fired Big Show. Big Show then gets rehired. I really hope I’m wrong because if I’m right, then it just another predictable storyline.

      • Wrestlehead

You might be onto something with that. Then Big Show becomes a henchman of Lauriniaitis, which is just another old idea being recycled.

      • Peter Obi

sorry the fight is on sunday 20th.

I love you You are my hero John Cena

  • Blowski

hey broski… YOU HAVE A VAGINAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • Josh

Okay, time for my two cents:
Not the horrible RAW people are making it out. It was, actually, a decent RAW. However, I think they could have put together an higher caliber show for the PPV sendoff.

So, yeah, the Trips/Brock thing is kinda lame because any high school law class can tell you that no “contract” can be held up under duress. Brock said he would not go to Extreme Rules if his demands were not met. However, most people were asleep in class on that day cuz high school law was BORING! But, I think it’s gonna shoot back with another lawsuit, blah blah blah, Brock forced in the next PPV to fight Trips. But, I would LOVE for it to possibly go in a slightly different direction.

Punk/Santino vs Bryan/Rhodes was a fun match to watch.

Big Show getting fired was a bit much. So, yeah, that’s gonna be the game changer for Johnny Ace at the PPV.
Also, I noticed and listened for, the winner would be decided by pinfall or submission. Did anyone else hear DQ or CO? Which makes it more likely that some “past” superstar will interfere.

  • champ

nothing left to say about laurinitis… he is surely gonna get fired after Over the Limit. but the question is will show be rehired? i guess he should be because he didn’t deserve what he got. i mean 18 years he’ve served the WWE. he actually deserves more than what he is getting from WWE universe.
